Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of FluenSpeak, provided by Covely LTD. By using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable terms, including the Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

1. The service

FluenSpeak provides speaking prompts, recordings, automated delivery metrics, AI role-play, and generated feedback. AI features require internet access. Local Solo recording, playback, and saved history may remain available offline.

2. Not professional advice

Generated feedback may be incomplete or inaccurate. It is intended for practice and does not replace employment, legal, medical, financial, mental-health, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions and real-world conversations.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use FluenSpeak to create unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or harmful material; interfere with the service; bypass usage limits; extract credentials; or access the service through unauthorised automation.

4. Your content

You retain your rights in the speech and context you provide. You grant us the limited permission needed to process that content to deliver the feature you requested, maintain security, and comply with law. Our privacy policy explains retention and deletion.

5. Subscriptions

Premium is offered as monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions. The App Store shows the price and billing period before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store subscriptions. Restore Purchases is available in FluenSpeak Settings. No introductory trial is promised unless the App Store purchase sheet explicitly displays one.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep FluenSpeak reliable, but online AI and sync features may be interrupted by networks, maintenance, Apple, or third-party providers. We may improve, limit, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. We will not knowingly present an unavailable service as successfully completed.

7. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, FluenSpeak is provided “as is” without a guarantee that every transcription, metric, or AI response will be accurate. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for FluenSpeak during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination and contact

You may stop using FluenSpeak at any time and delete app data in Settings. We may suspend access for serious or repeated misuse. Questions can be sent to support@fluenspeak.com.
